With over 6 years of personal training experience, Tom has developed a wide range of tried and tested methods and techniques that he uses with his clients to make sure they achieve their maximal potential. Constantly changing his own training goals, there is not a training program or nutritional plan that he has not first tested on himself to measure its effectiveness. Working with a wide range of equipment including his favourite Kettlebells, Tom is sure to be able to get you on the right road to achieving your goals.

Personal Statement:

“If you want something enough, and you strive to achieve it, anything is possible. “ Nutrition in a key aspect of my training. If you don’t eat in accordance with your body type and training phase, you will never reach your full potential! I have seen people going hammer and tongs on the treadmill and bike 4 times a week and still only managing to shift a measly 1 or 2 pounds!

I will provide tailored nutritional plans, specific periodized programs and focused training sessions all tailored to your goals. Coming from a 'body image' obsessed nation (Brasil), Andreia has been training herself for over 17years. From pilates to power training, she has incorporated almost every type of training method into her routine.

Now with a wealth of knowledge behind her and incredible enthusiasm, she takes her clients through every stage of training and nutrition to make sure they achieve their full potential. With a high profile fitness modeling portfolio, at certain points she has needed to get in her best shape fast, these experiences have enabled her to develop specific nutrition and training strategies designed to get great results in the quickest time possible.
